Almond Sharbat

 
Ingredient
500ml milk
2 tablespoons double cream
140g finely ground almonds
60g icing sugar
2 tablespoons rose water

Method
*Combine the milk, cream, ground almonds, icing sugar and rosewater in a blender, and blend
  until thoroughly mixed and smooth, about 1 minute. Serve over ice.
